To me wellness coaching is finding the most healthful way to live the life you're dreaming of. Changing nutrition habits to functional nutrition, losing weight gaining energy, decreasing stress, improving sleep, improving digestion, finding what someone is passionate about, and helping them develop a roadmap to get there. Basically, teaching people how to become their best selves. Everyone has something special to offer the world! They are either just stuck trying to find what it is or too afraid to go for it.
Most of my life I've trained as a competitive athlete as well as coached collegiate and semi-pro athletes. If you're looking to advance your level in your current sport, you're in the right place. If you're new to fitness and looking for proper direction, I'm happy to assist you in reaching your goals.
This may come as a surprise to you, but there is not one single way for people to eat. Each individual is simply that - an individual - and their nutritional intake should reflect that. Food is the fuel for your body and doesn't have to be boring, it should be an enjoyable path to better health.
A lot of our lives is mindset based. You may be looking to feel better about your body, be able to engage in relationships at a higher level, thrive at work, or go for something totally new and you need the guts to do it. Coaching your mental perspectives helping you evolve into this new you is one of my favorite things!
